This area is above Placentia Newfoundland. I took a slide of this area in 1977. It had an old British cannon as the focal point. I removed it, and placed my wife in it's place, picking blueberries. The town of Placentia is situated on the spit in the middle ground. I removed it also, there is great beauty in isolation.
